Abstract The inheritance and change of rural culture is essentially a “reproduction”process of rural culture with distinct characteristics of “self-organization”.However,under the multiple “pressures” of social and cultural changes, urbanization and modernization, the order of“reproduction” of rural culture has been subjected to varying degrees of damage, and the ability of“self-organization”of culture has declined gradually. The system design and the practice of“Ankang New Folkway Construction Leads the Innovation and Development of Rural Public Cultural Service”is to construct a new order of rural cultural reproduction and promote the prosperity and development of rural culture through active intervention. The two national strategies (the construction of modern public cultural service system and the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture)are undoubtedly the important forces of “hetero-organization”involved in the“reproduction”order of rural culture, and provide the path and experience for exploring the reconstruction of rural culture“reproduction”in rural areas, especially in poverty-stricken areas.
