(二)企图让中国接受新自由主义改革
世界上有众多的发展中国家,但关于“陷阱”的讨论大都与中国有关。在谷歌学术中用英文检索“middle income trap”时,词条后面紧跟着“middle income trap China”,并且前者可以检索出27.9万条消息,后者可以检索出9.5万条消息,这说明关于“中等收入陷阱”的文章,三分之一都或多或少涉及中国。如果用Malaysia,Thailand,Indonesia,Brazil等词替换China,除了巴西出现了4.9万条消息,其他数目很少超过4万。这就出现了一个奇怪的现象,即一个原本针对拉美和东南亚国家的话题,却给世界营造出中国也落入“陷阱”的氛围。
